I’ve been insured by NJM for over 40 years. The few claims made were settled promptly, without fuss - from cracked windshields to being hit while in line at a drive through window. Quick responses, help sent expeditiously, and claims fairly and promptly paid.

My family is very happy with New Jersey Manufacturers Home Insurance. First of all, the customer service has been incredible. They helped especially during Hurricane Sandy when that severely affected my home. It is a company dedicated to working with the local community and they pay a dividend if you have no claims at the end of the year. They are very responsive and fair when you have claims.

They provide Identity theft protection that would have been extremely helpful a couple of years back when my information was stolen.
