If you have bad credit and need a decent secured card this is a simple one to get with no annual fee it does report to credit bureaus and you have to your credit reports so, it can be helpful if you're having a hard to building up your score. I would not recommend this credit card to first-time cardholders. The cons outweigh the benefits of this card. It accommodates very poor credit scores but it charges a late fee of up to $40 and doesn't offer a sign-up bonus, not earning rewards when you swipe, Charges a 3% balance transfer fee, and has a higher than average APR.
