The East West Bank's Visa Signature® Bonus Rewards Card has a $0 annual fee and no overlimit fee. It does charge a 3% balance transfer ($5 minimum) and a 4% cash advance fee ($10 minimum). Foreign transactions incur a 2% fee when in U.S. Dollars and 3% when in a foreign currency.

The East West Bank's Visa Signature® Bonus Rewards Card gives cardholders 1 point per $1 spent on purchases. The card gives members an additional 25% bonus on all the points earned during the month. In effect, cardholders receive 1.25 points per $1 dollar spent. There is no limit to the amount of points a cardholder can earn and you get 5 years to redeem them before they expire. Points redemption requires a minimum of 2,500 points, which is the equivalent of $25. This is a straightforward cash back rewards program so points can be redeemed either for a statement credit or as a deposit in a savings account.

The East West Bank's Visa Signature® Bonus Rewards Card doesn't give new cardholders a signup bonus. However, the Visa Signature® Bonus Rewards PLUS card does give new members a $50 cash back with their first purchase.

As a Signature Visa Card, The East West Bank's Visa Signature® Bonus Rewards Card offers members a variety of shopping and travel benefits. For instance, cardholders receive auto rental collision damage waiver, lost luggage reimbursement, roadside dispatch, travel emergency assistance services and travel accident insurance. It also provides purchase security, which means you can replace, repair or get reimbursed during the first 90 days of purchasing something in the case of theft or damage due to fire or water. Of course, there are terms and restrictions, but it's still a neat service to have with a no-annual fee card.

The East West Bank's Visa Signature® Bonus Rewards Card has no annual fee, competitive rates and a six-month 0% APR intro rate. It also offers valuable Visa Signature® benefits and an easy to use cash back rewards program. The reward rates are nothing to get excited about, but it's not bad for a card with no annual fee.
