Horrible card. I use the card for only one month. Try to do automatic payments through my account and their system couldn’t do it for some reason so the payment never went through which seems like a they problem and not a me problem. Charge me all these late fees and overdraft fees for only one month. Then when I called to get them taken off, it was a ...Show More

I wouldn't recommend anyone to get this card. It charges a huge amont of annual fees. It's simply not convenient and very expensive. It doesn't even get you any rewards after purchases. Whatever you do do not get this card!

Isn’t worth the trouble to even sign up! The card locks on its own and then you have to sit on the phone for hours trying to get someone to answer the phone to unlock it. You get bombed with fees left and right so you lose money

It comes in the mail every so often saying that you are approved but when you apply it will just say you are not approved even though you already have a pre-approval. Generally, I feel like this card is just a hit to your credit that is not worth the risk.

Indigo Platinum are not known for providing frequent credit limit increases. You should only ask for one if you have at least 6 months of on-time payments.

Company let fraudulent charges remain on my account. Still fighting it, as I will not pay for things I didn't charge, period. There's no wiggle-room in this. I've filed my complaint here, officially. They don't have a way to report your card stolen or fraudulent charges to a specific number, or online. You have to muddle through their craptastic IVR to talk to a rep (it's not even a menu ...Show More

If you can put aside the high APR (let's be honest, almost any line of credit or loans has a high APR these days) then this is a pretty decent starter card. They work with low credit scores and it's easy to get approved. There hasn't been any random fees or anything, and they don't harass you if you are a couple days late on a payment, but there is ...Show More

The credit limit is low and the annual fee and monthly percentage rates are high. When you make a payment they’ll put a 14 business day hold on you’re posting even if you’ve had the card for multiple years and always paid on time. This card is a rip off and a scam.

It's difficult to get in touch with this company if you have a problem. There is no chance of a credit line increase either. An overall frustrating experience.

Coming across this card has been something for me. Don't know why it feels rejected or underrated but seems pretty cool to me. People complain mostly about its high fees, but a good product (in this case: Indigo) comes with a great price. The card designs are also pretty cool. Love it!

Pros: Cool card design. Cons: everything else. They charge annual fees that are pretty steep. The card also has very high interest and they charge foreign transaction fees so its not a great card if you travel a lot or buy things online from different countries.
