It's a variable rate APR but it's one of the lowest maximum rates out there. Of course you get the benefit of that APR by having to pay a decent annual fee so it's a trade off.

Some pros would be the low annual fee and quick process to apply but the APR can be high if you don't have pretty good credit. Be sure to compare rates

Would definitely recommend this as a credit card choice when buying cars, homes, or other grandiose objects. Helped my grandma buy her 3rd car with their services and they were even able to get her money back! The annual fee is the most reasonable one I’ve seen out of my other cards and the customer-service team is extremely reliable and attentive.

I love this card, the application process was super easy, even though my credit isn't the greatest I still got approved. The APR is a little high but there are not too many other fees that come with the card. The deposit being refundable is also a plus as I know It's my money I'm using. They report to all three credit bureaus ensuring that my payments are affecting ...Show More

Merrick is a great choice I made to help build my credit for a first-time credit card user, and autopay makes paying your bills easy. The only con I have is the annual fee.

A credit card that only requires a minimum 500 credit score is a must! Especially if the annual fee isn't split into two or more payments throughout the year.

I recommend Merrick Platinum Visa. Credit card companies to me are pretty much all the same: they extend to you revolving credit. If you use that credit and don’t pay off your balance in full, you’re charged interest at the disclosed rate. Simple. Merrick, unlike some other credit card companies, like Credit One Bank, make it easy to pay your bill. Merrick’s web interface is easy to navigate and you can set ...Show More
