Most complaints are about the interest rate and honestly, this is explained in detail when taking the loan. The interest rate is high and if you can't or don't want to pay the interest, then don't take the loan from Maxlend, go to a traditional bank for your loan. All the positive reviews and fake, they pay people to post positive reviews. These guys are a scam and should be shut down.

The rates are higher than listed on the loan documents. I paid over $1200 for $800 loan that was paid off after 1 month. Predatory lending company taking advantage of those in need.

They are a rip off I paid over $1700 for a $1000 loan after 4 months of payments already and they say I still have to pay another $1200-3300 in order to pay off the loan... DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM!!!!!!

I got a loan in September 2019 for 925.00 by the in of October around the 25 Maxlend had taken a total of 570.00 out of my account. I took out a loan on August 16, 2019 for $775.00 and they were to deduct $100.08 each week for 9 payments with the total being $900.72. I applied got approved for 675.00 they wanted me to pay like 190.00 first payment then 160.00 biweekly after that for like 6 months. I decided to not take the loan. I would have been paying 320 a month for 6 months to pay back 675! That shouldn’t even be legal. The people on the phone are nice though

This company is charging outrageous interest. they will not tell you the % but sugar coat it with words like" daily interest rate"
Basically the interest rate is worse than any shark loan, 400 , 500% and more!!!
