If you are a social person and love meeting new people, I would recommend this job to you! If you live in a place where there are long distances to travel between each person you pick up and drop off, I don't feel that it is worth the wear and tear on your car.

Work when ever you want to, any time night or day. It is a contracted job so it's up to the individual whether he succeeds or not. Driving for Lift as a company is fine. The wear and tear on your own vehicle to me is not worth it.

Make my own hours, I am my own boss, great incentives for bonuses, meeting amazing people! That last one is my favorite!

I have been working at Lyft more than a year. Pros: Incentives, Flexibility, Quality of Customers, Detailed Area Popularity Mapping. Cons: Tips are rare, takes a while to get a rider queue sometimes, don't get paid for distance driven to rider
