Review for TIAA Brokerage

I've been stuck with TIAA for over 20 years. The horrible outdated website, barely functional brokerage interface, pathetically minimal offerings on their brokerage service, and nearly useless research tools are incredibly frustrating. As a bonus, though, their new CEO is preaching woke nonsense to us in nearly every communication. If I weren't locked in by my company's 401k plan I'd change to almost anyone else.

Review for TIAA Bank Basic CD

Terrible customer service. When I protested no notice for closing out my account for non-use before or after the closure and forfeiture I waited for hours for a manager. I have never seen a bank abuse its trust so casually. No hope of standard courtesies from these people!

I am a long time customer of TIAA but am shocked at their poor customer service and lack of technology, especially compared to their competitors. I have IRA accounts an a number of brokerage firms and TIAA is by far the worse. Last week I wanted to change the beneficiary of my IRA accounts.
