As an outgrowth of the Alabama Farmers Federation, Alfa Insurance Companies began in 1946 to provide quality fire insurance to federation members, who were primarily farmers. What ALFA lacks in range of availability it makes up for in impeccable response time and excellent customer service. I was especially impressed by the broad spectrum of coverages and ways to save money. The prices are also quite reasonable, which is important these days, especially with the way the economy is currently. Would definitely recommend.

If you can look past the fact that Alfa is more of an "exclusive" home insurance option considering the limited location access, there really isn't much to complain about. With absolutely stellar customer service upheld by friendly and knowledgeable representatives, as well as very affordable payment plans; what more could you really ask for?
