Review for American Pacific Reverse Mortgage

The only reason I will not give a five star is the fact that American Pacific is only available in just 6 states. Asides from that I'm pleased with their customer care service, they offer the option of adding another source of income to cover my living expenses which makes everything flexible.

Review for American Pacific Home Mortgage

To prevent you from "shopping" for the best loan rate while considering theirs, the carefully executed application process makes it next to impossible to get a quote on your APR until after you are so deep into the process that you lose funds put up in good faith deposit. In other words, you'll lose just enough to make it not worth your while to back out.
