They have the WORST website (VERY user UNFRIENDLY) and even WORSE customer service. You simply CANNOT communicate with them. The ONLY option is a P O N D O R O U S computer telephone process and you can N E V E R speak to a human. Each individual is entitled by law to one free credit report annually from each of the three major credit reporting agencies; TransUnion, Equifax and Experian.
