They charged my card repeatedly without my knowledge. They refuse to refund all but 1.00. 1.00 refund is NOTHING!! They dont care about customer satisfaction. They only care about keeping their monthly fee, and don't stand behind their customers when they're unhappy!!

They do not honor customer service, they don't care about customer satisfaction. They provide crappy service and still charge you as if they were providing outstanding service. Whatever happened to the days where if you do not provide service to the customer's satisfaction, then they don't have to pay?

I signed up for a $1 trial of ScoreSense. The same day, I realized it was not a great fit for me so I cancelled the trial. I was then charged $29.95 for the next 3 months until I filed a dispute with my bank. Watch Out... 7 days to cancel a $1.00 refundable credit charge Bait and Switch subscription....Your personal data is shared over seas...so far Scoresence has cost me $60.00...One Technoliges's Scoresence parent company has class action law suits pending or settled and at least one chief company official has be sentenced to money laundering and other serious charges.

Very poor service and for a "monitoring company" I'm surprised by their tactics. I feel they trick you into a paying subscription after a trial and the customer service experienced afterwards was very poor. They use confusing "trial" access to capture your credit card and start charging you without a single email indicating you are getting charged. A legitimate company would believe in their services enough to assure individuals are "willing" customers.

Scoresense is a ripoff. They offer free credit score for$1 then charge $29.95. I strongly suggest you read their small print. I am still working on getting a refund.

You get a lot for membership with this company. In addition to credit scores, you also get credit reports. Not all companies give you the credit reports, but this one does. I also like the fact that they are constantly monitoring your credit and have identity protection that is thorough.
