I also was having the same issues don't use them warning!!!!!!!!!!! They are terrible at communication. They have been fairly disorganized through the entire process making statements like "even if the numbers aren't right, this is just the initial disclosure and it doesn't matter". Requesting documents several weeks after they should have been requested. According to the person working our account, they don't have enough underwriters.
