Although the person I dealt directly with was great, Goodmortgage itself was terrible. It was one mistake after another. Really unbelievable and it cost me a lot of money. I moved on to another lender.

Goodmortgage is a shining example of bait and switch. Stay away. Not only they are mismanaged, they are highly unethical.

It's a little frustrating when your loan officer fails to communicate with you. I sent various emails and called numerous times, and not one time was anything returned. I felt so out of the loop, and it took a lot longer than I expected. It took them three and a half months to refinance my home. I don't think they were worth my time.
