Disaster of an organization. I activated card and then couldn't sign in on the website told me I had an account already meanwhile I JUST got the card today. I went on to download the app and then it says I don't have an account yet! This is the worst company to have in your corner if you are frauded by a scammer. I've been battling being ripped off for $299 from a company called Techception & the Fraud Escalations Dept @ Mercury dragged their feet for 5 months & finally came back with no resolution. I got this card back in 2020 at an interest rate of 26.99% I was building my credit. I always pay more than the minimum payment due. I stopped using the card because of that and now I am getting charged 31.99%. I pay $100/month and out of that at least $50 in interest charges shows on my next statement. I was double charges $1,163.83 one day apart was told it would take 3 to 36 hour to return my payment 4 days later called back they never processed the return then told me was going to take 5 to 7 days to return my money to my account!
If I ever get my money back I will be closing that account!
