The Union Bank's Maximum Rewards Platinum Edition Visa is designed for people with fair to good credit who want to earn points on their purchases with a generous and flexible rewards program without having to pay an annual fee or outrageous rates.

What are the Rates for Maximum Rewards Platinum Edition Visa Card?

The rates on purchases and balance transfers range from 15.99% APR to 22.99% APR depending on how customers meet Union Bank's credit criteria. New customers receive an intro 0% APR on purchases and balances for the first 12 months. There is no penalty rate but cash advances come with a hefty 25.24% APR.

What Are the Fees for Maximum Rewards Platinum Edition Visa?

The Maximum Rewards Visa has no annual fee and no over limit fee, which is good for a card with a rewards program that has such modest credit eligibility requirements. It does have an introductory 3% ($5 minimum) balance transfer fee on the initial balance transfers and a 5% balance transfer fee once the intro rate expires. Cardholders also pay a 5% fee on cash advances ($10 minimum cash advance fee), a 3% foreign transaction fee, a $37 fee on late payments and a $35 on returned payments.
