They liars about that warranty.people do not use them especially the on on Johnson St in Elkhart Indiana.Linda is a rude #### and I'm taking my business elsewhere after 5 yrs.Getting a lawyer and getting ahold of the local news .They have stolen 2000 from me

As a volunteer for a tax assistance foundation, I find their service is slow, unprofessional and they do not give the taxpayer his 1040 pack for review. Stay away. HR block is not cheap but good. Mom and Pop Certified PA are a lot cheaper and very accommodating.

I have had mixed experiences with Jackson Hewitt. I got lucky the two years that I filed with them as I was paired with the same preparer and he was very seasoned. Jackson Hewitt (JH) tax preparers are scam artists and hustlers. They prepared my taxes in 2017. My husband used to prepare our taxes until he was diagnosed with a terminal illness and passed in 2017. I purchased audit protection at the strong encouragement from the tax preparer. Last weekend i went to Jackson Hewitt to get the holiday loan advance and the lady that prepared my prefile for the tax did it all wrong. She was not very knowledgeable about what she was doing. The worst tax preparers ever!!!!! They use untrained people that have ZERO experience in real life tax experience. I used them to file my taxes. The services ate up half of my refund. I had to chase the check down because they didn't mail it to me like they said.
