This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older (or the state minimum where higher). Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, directors, officers of Supermoney LLC (“Sponsor”), and their immediate families or household members are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes runs from 12:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PT) on September 19, 2024, through 11:59 PM PT on October 13, 2024.

Participants must complete the survey during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You may also enter by sending an email including your name, phone number, and home address to support@supermoney.com. Email must be received on or before 11:59 PM PT on October 13, 2024. One entry per household.

Ten (10) winners will each receive a $50 gift card redeemable at over 200 major brands, subject to availability. The number of prizes awarded will not exceed ten (10), regardless of the number of entries received.

The odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within 7 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 7 calendar days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification by following the instructions provided in the email. Proof of eligibility and identity verification may be required. If a prize is not claimed within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be chosen.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information collected will be used according to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

By participating, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of a prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind that may affect entry or participation.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Delaware. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that entrants may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California, or if both parties agree, by telephone or written submission. Each entrant agrees that any arbitration under these Official Rules will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. Entrants waive any right to pursue disputes as part of a class action. The arbitration award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Sponsor will cover the filing fees and administrative costs associated with the arbitration process.

By accepting the prize, winners grant the sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
