They have great rates and discounts and were the first home insurance company I had because of the generational discount and the diminishing deductible it was an easy choice for me. The overall cost after my discounts was much lower than most companies for me at the time. Review for American Family Life Insurance

While shopping around for life insurance, AFL had the worst rates I'd come across. Customer service was great but their rates are just so much higher than any other company I looked at and they had no better options. Ended up going with a different provider.

I hope this company expands to more states! They are easy to work with and provide incredible benefits for renters and their guests. I have never used an insurance company that treats renters' guests, as well as this company.

When I first started with this company they suited my family well but when we got a dog that they didn't approve of and decided to relocate to a place they didn't have coverage we had to switch companies.

Review for American Family Life Insurance

There are plenty of other companies that offer coverage in all 50 states in the US that also offer lower coverage than this insurance company. I would recommend those companies before this one for my personal price range.
