Banco Santander/ Chrysler Capital say that they can change it's loan and finance contract to customers satisfaction but refuses to do it while at the same time procrastinating for months to help the customer from becoming in default

This is the worst company to get an auto loan with. It was super easy to get into the loan, however, I would accrue late payments when I paid on time. There is NO resolution when speaking with this company on the phone and the employees are not there to right their wrongs. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Review for Chrysler Capital Auto Loans

The accounting system there seems to be entirely automated. No agents have any ability to correct mistakes. I traded in a lease. The dealer paid off the balance in full. The accounting agents could see that it was paid off but couldn't update the system to reflect that. Automated system started sending out late payment notifications to credit bureaus. Review for Chrysler Capital Auto Loans

This is the second time I’ve had a loan with them and I almost wish I didn’t get it again, they haven’t been terrible this time around, but when I cancelled a payment I had to wait 6 months before I could put my payments back on autopay. A little ridiculous.
