Stop please this company is SCAM this company got my mortgage from another mortgage company an it's been down hill from there. I received a letter in mail saying I needed to come up with 11,000 in 30 days or my home would be foreclosed. I call them several time trying to get answers but no solution ,fax after fax calls after call no one will help you please don't ...Show More

Absolutely wasted our time.......over 2 months of our time actually. Zero knowledge, weeks and weeks with no contact at all, leaving one to assume all is moving along fine. Not.
If you'd like to actually ever get anywhere in the refi process......don't bother asking LHFS.

Complete lack of knowledge. Once we had the pre approval letter, Richmond dropped the ball. Richmond knew our situation from the very beginning and after 6 months he realized he made a mistake and we couldn't continue with the loan process, making us wasted lots of time and money.
