Penfed stopped offering personal lines of credit and re-directs you to to the personal loan page instead. I would look elsewhere if you're looking to take out a personal line of credit.

I've had my PLOC for a little over a year now and I haven't run into any issues. The payments and transfers between my PenFed checking account and PLOC are instantaneous! You're also able to link non PenFed accounts to the PLOC, in case you use another bank in conjunction with PenFed. My only gripe is that the APR is 14.65%, which I feel is too high, but ...Show More
