I used this "piss-poor" excuse of a bank for 14 years to house my "Direct Deposits" and use the card for on-line purchases.

It's not a bad Visa co. debit card, just limiting to where you can spend/deposit cash when you really need use a typical debit transaction. However, most Western Union places will do the minimum Cash deposit for a fee (up to 3.99) + a 1.95 agent fee) If you spend/debit up to 15X a month, a fee waiver of 3.80 is waived so you aren't get charged monthly service fee. ...Show More

One of the worst, if not The Worst. Pathetic service is by design, to generate more profit by keeping support costs really low. All of their service representatives are foreigners who cannot speak legible English, who are paid less than US minimum wage, and who do not even have a high school education. Their mission is to frustrate the customer so that they will not return for service requests.

I am having trouble with the VISION PREMIER PREPAID VISA CARD. For some reason they are charging me .95 per transacrtion on every transaction at Walmart. Ive sent them an email 10 days in a row and ont one answer. AVOID THIS CARD AND GO FOR THE WALMART PREPAID VISA OR MC.

Avoid this card. Customer service is staffed with nonnative English speakers, so communication can be a chore. Even worse, customer service is nonexistent, so if you have a dispute, you're pretty much SOL. Trust me, you can do better.
