Piggy-backing on what Gail J. had to say. I could redeem points for international travel for my wife and myself at really low point values. Like, round trip to Palermo, Sicily, for 20,000 points total. Now, all of that has changed. I contacted First Horizon about this, and they told me that the low points rates were an error. Terrible service from bank any transaction needs to be done in person at the branch location, customer service reps and supervisors are totally useless. Very disappointed with type of service this bank provides. will never do any business with them ever again

Review for First Horizon Bank Visa Signature® credit card

In the past few years and as recently as three months ago, I could redeem points at around 1200 points per night for a mid-level hotel room. It is now 8000 - 45,000 points per night. Checking the hotel websites - the price has not risen substantially. WHY has the rewards system declined so much in value? Probably need to cancel my card.
