May or may not recommend

like that the card is free to open and there are no monthly fees, as long as you keep a minimum balance of $20. I also appreciate that there are no fees for PIN or signature purchases, and that I can withdraw cash for free from in-network ATMs. One thing I would like to see changed is the $3 activation fee.
