Customer service was very helpful. Their plans are detailed and comprehensive yet flexible. The major drawback is the limited availability, being only in 12 states mostly in the mid-atlantic/Great Lakes. If you don't live there I'm afraid you're out of luck. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I purchased life insurance through Erie since I have my homeowners insurance with them. They offered plans that worked for not only me but also my two daughters. They offer both term life and whole life policies. I have been very happy with my experience with them for the past 20 years.
