I rather use Facebook Pay???? Sent some money to my sister in Germany and total rip off. Took my money and tried to tell me that the transfer never went through.

They are scammers, they just closed my account with them after I refused to give them sensitive information they asked about, I'm a Ph.D. and an old merchant my reputation is my capital can't expose my partners in public for god's sake what they use people's documents for ?DO NOT USE AZIMO

After an update of the app, I had several error pop-up while trying to make a payment with 3 different credit cards. I had the message, that the transfer couldn’t be paid successfully. Next day I see one payment is pending and one credit cards got charged, without forwarding me to my banking app to put in password and tan. ISent money from my bank account to be cashed in Jordan after 40 hours money did not arrive.
Bad customer service as they did not attend to my emails and follow up complaint.
It has been more than 50 hours

Azimo is ridiculous, I highly recommend you send money with any alternative available even though the rate could be worst. AWFUL they have lost one payment for Euros 500 from 3/4 months ago and now have delayed 3 payments I made last week citing security etc.
Quite obvious that the Polish office has a chip on their shoulder about payments to Belarus and Russia.
I am in the process of writing to the CEO in Holland to make a complaint

Azimo is a scam I just lost 2.000 dollars first you get an email for more proof of your identity them when you send that they ask for more just to string you along then you get an email saying the money will be sent to the recipient's bank then you get an email saying it had been cancelled it's a big scam !

Azimo is a great fraud. It is a shame that UK would allow a country like azimo to operate within its boundary. I sent €625 on 3rd of September, 2020 with transfer ID: H37A7F. Up till 10th September, 2020, Azimo did not send the money and not did it refund the money, infact its customer service is not available.

On every transfer the recipient received 25usd less despite the fact that you pay a fee to transfer plus the exchange markup. They claim having no control but this is useless. My advise would be to stop using Azimo for your international transfers because your recipient will receive less than you sent. This is a very unreliable service!

My neighbor has been on my because he begged me to help him send 773 € to his parents back home for and urgent operation... now the money has been seized by them and they don’t want to refund it back to my account......

Terrible Experience!
I was so naive to believe all those great reviews and overall rating of the service.
They took my payment after ID verification and promised to deliver the funds in an hour. It's been a day since my payment was made. They are keeping my 500 euro which is a lot of money for me and doing nothing!

Customer service is the worse ever when you have problem, i did refer 2 friend and i was told i have 2 £ 10 voucher for the refer but since then, my account as been blocked just because i wanted to make use of one of the voucher . And i also realised that they keep different rate to individual which is absolutely unfair.

DISAPPOINTMENT IS NOT THE WORD
I attempted to transfer a considerable sum from the UK to Australia. I've just relocated and did not want to use my British credit/debit card to make purchases (including Christmas presents!) due to the obvious financial drawbacks.
