Would not Recommend

Do not sign up for a credit listed with Comenity. Worst customer service. I was literally yelled at by one of their represenatives. Half of the time can't understand their stupid indian "thick" accent. They play clueless half of the time. Website is down 98% of the time. Some how I'm magically overdrafted. Would not Recommend

The Hot Topic Store is not the problem, however they have no communication with Comenity Bank. Comenity Bank did a Hard Pull which knocked down my credit score. Upon requesting an explanation, I was told it was a "computer glitch.". After writing a letter to get them to take responsibility and clear it off my credit, I received a letter stating "We are unable to fulfill the request ...Show More

Would not Recommend

This credit card sucks. I got it to work on my credit score and it’s only hurt me. If you pay more than your minimum amount due they will never take the money out and return the payment with, of course, an added fee. They’ve done it to me twice in a row now.
