Terrible unprofessional group who loses disputes, cards, and other important information needed with your bank account. Spent 3 hours on phone to open a dispute only to find out that a week later nobody opened the dispute!!! Received statements in the mailed and a card, didn’t sign up for it or applied for it. Customer service is unprofessional. Been calling them for two days now, can’t get an answer or to cancel it. But they want their fee of $9.00. Save your money and time

I paid $5 for a card that I ordered. When the card came in the card did not have the 3digit code on the back so I called customer service to order a replacement card. Their customer service is horrible !! Wen it come to fixing a problem with your card. They are very nice wen you are doing a easy transaction but if there a refund or despute you are screwed Ace flare will tell sorry 100 times but they can't do nothing

Called customer service to close my account and was told there would be a $15.00 fee to close the account. I said goodbye and checked my account agreement brochure. There was no such fee listed so I called customer service back. This time a very nice lady closed my account with no problem and never mentioned a fee. This company has super bugs in their system. Don’t use the ace flare app. You will get a virus on the device you use it on. This is one of the worst cash-grabbing prepaid cards. The $9.95 monthly fee plus the $2.50 atm withdraw. I feel like you need to keep extra money on the card just to keep up with the fees

PISS POOR! On Sept 11, Monies were taken out of my meta account fraudulently. I was assured a portion of those funds would be refunded on 9/24 approx. 10 business after that.
