rippoff, cant understand customer service, hassle to activate now they froze card because a$1.00 charge seemed suspicious.   IT a prepaid card !!!

I would not use brakes because y’all are charging $1.50 every time you use your card and 13 something an ATM machine you have to be crazy. I think I’m gonna keep paying that every single time I use this card that’s money I could use I’m not rich, so I would never ever recommended hard to anybody and I definitely will not be getting a direct deposit onto this card.

I have to experience first for me to tell my friends about it


Can't set up the card to use it. It is like they just want to keep money. Online setup does not work. Phone people from somewhere in Asis are no help. Just keep getting excuses.  PayPal clearly does not care about customers.
