By far the best bank in New York state. Members come first and their team members show that in every aspect. Employees have to go through a long training process to ensure that every members need is satisfied.

Used to be a great CU. Now they act just like s bank. Charge unnecessary fees. Refuse to answer questions. Unless you only want good rates run don't walk to another credit union.
