Pulte Mortgage stole $3,644.10 from me by locking me into a rate I did not legally agree to. Ken Frankenberg is the branch manager at the Dublin office, and he and his team are more than happy to lie, steal, and defend their actions in order to squeeze as much money as possible from whoever they can.

VERY IRRESPONSIBLE
First, their appointment system is terrible. Hard to communicate.
Second, they make us pay for their mistake. They have our SSN number wrong, took us 3 hard inquiries to get this corrected.
Then, they got our current address wrong, The letters we are supposed to sign never delivered.
I would avoid them at all costs if possible.
