My account was hacked my someone in another state. They didn't catch it. I caught it and closed the account and still have not got my money that was left on the account and it's been almost 30 days

Used to be pretty good, in between being investigated by the Fed, involved in scams and this weirdness about blocking ppl from their money, it seems they've devolved into a shady shell company. There is now zero recourse of your have a problem, a fraud issue etc, there's no one over there you're just on your own.

Be very careful monitor your money they duplicate the transactions stealing thousands of dollars and when you contact them they hang up at the mention of it I am reporting this to police and I pray that anyone who has been scammed by the turbo debit customer service representative join me on here hopefully we can put a stop to this

I had unauthorized transactions and was sent a text asking did I make those transactions and when I replied no before I can even withdraw my money, they cut my card off and would not let me withdraw money. Major issues and "IF" YOU GET SOMEONE ON THE LINE THEY SPEAK VERY LITTLE ENGLISH, AND FRANKLY DONT GIVE DAMN ABOUT WHAT YOUR DEALING WITH. APP GOES DOWN FOR "MAINT" AND YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR OWN HARD EARNED MONEY. IF YOU HAVE ONE, AS SOON AS THEY RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES TAKE OUT ALL YOUR MONEY AND GO.SOMEWHERE ELSE with your funds

They are scammers and money laundering people. Their app glitches and tried to get me to pay for it. NOPE I’ve closed the account and I’ve had it since I was 17 despite all the negative reviews. I will never recommend anyone use this card GET A REAL BANK!

I had money take out of my account that was sent as a refund and was never deposited sat as pending then just disappeared and was never credited then put in a dispute and was credited back the money just to turn around and denied the dispute even though I have proof and the 15 digit trace numbers showing that the refunds were approved and sent y'all then turn around ...Show More

I've used turbo for years but this experience killed everything I had good to say about them. Terrible customer service.
They repeat everything from a script. Zero personal skills. They claim not to have the ability to fix an issue and when you tell them how to fix a problem they claim they don't have the ability to fix a problem. If there is unauthorized activity they cancel your card but don't credit the fraud.

I would never recommend this card to anybody. The worst experience I ever had dealing with a bank. For example, It took 2 months to investigate a claim. When I called to check on the status of the claim the customer service rep gave me a different answer everytime. They also make you write in letters just to dispute a transaction.
