Message from AAA

AAA was founded over 100 years ago for the purpose of lobbying for driver and passenger rights, fair laws and safer vehicles — all to better promote the love of the open road and the adventure of driving. Since then, AAA has grown to over 60 million members strong, while providing valuable membership services such as roadside assistance. Additionally, AAA has broadened its horizons to include all types of travel-related services, as well as offer a variety of insurance and financial products and services.

Today's AAA is a national federation comprised of 25 individual clubs throughout the United States and Canada. The incompetence is overwhelming. They did not send me a bill but I knew the premium was due. So I go to the website to pay electronically but it doesn't recognize my name or passcodes ... and then locks you out immediately. Auto teller needs help. Could not recognize clear numbers over phone. Had to say yes multiple times for it to understand simple yes. Had to repeat $35 dollars multiple times and oh they want to charge over $9.00 to actually talk to a human being. Who does that? I demanded they do not charge me that fee. we have had house/car for years. Re-roofed after Ian and 2 no fault car bump ups. Very little change in policy rates. Increased, but not terrible. Excellent customer and appraiser and payments service. Until flood insurance for 2023 going from 650 to 800
