Auto teller needs help. Could not recognize clear numbers over phone. Had to say yes multiple times for it to understand simple yes. Had to repeat $35 dollars multiple times and oh they want to charge over $9.00 to actually talk to a human being. Who does that? I demanded they do not charge me that fee.
