Dwelling Coverage:

Guest Medical Protection:
This helps visitors who are injured on your property. It can help cover the necessary medical expenses in an accident, regardless of who's at fault. Note that guest medical coverage doesn't apply to anyone who lives in the home or is listed on your policy.
Liability Coverage:
The personal liability coverage within your homeowner's policy offers coverage for bodily injury and property damage sustained by others for which you or covered residents of your household are legally responsible.
Other Structures Coverage:
This covers structures on the residence premises separated from the dwelling by a clear space or connected to the dwelling by a fence, utility line, or related connection. Examples include a detached garage, tool shed, driveway, swimming pool, gazebo, or fence.
Personal Property Protection:
This insurance protects the items in your home, like your furniture. If they're damaged or lost, personal property coverage could help you cover the cost of replacing them.
Reimbursed Living Expenses:
This coverage reimburses the insured for the cost of maintaining a comparable standard of living following a covered loss that exceeds the insured's normal expenses. For example, it could include an insured's motel bill while fire damage to the home is being repaired or replaced or until the insured moves to a permanent residence.

Electronic Data recovery insurance:
This is the most surefire coverage option for businesses. Electronic data loss insurance is configured specifically for businesses that rely on data. This insurance may also cover the costs associated with downtime that occurs due to data loss.
Identity Theft Protection:
This rider protects homeowners in the event of identity fraud and pays for the cost of restoring their identity.
Personal Injury Liability Coverage:
This protects you against bodily injury and property damage for which you or the residents of your home are responsible.
Valuable Items:
Valuable personal property coverage protects items such as expensive collections, engagement rings, watches, and other jewelry from theft, loss, or damage.
Watercraft Coverage:
This rider provides protection from liability and damages caused by a boat. This may be enough if you have a small boat or if you only use it on your property. However, you may want to consider a separate boat insurance policy for larger boats and longer trips.
Yard and Garden Coverage:
This endorsement offers expanded coverage for items like trees, landscaping, tools, and riding lawnmowers.

Chubb is lifestyle insurance that provides clients with additional coverage at a fair cost, such as covering for valuable articles, wine collections, personal cyber risk, and excess liability. I think it is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable insurance!

Great in covering what they cover, however there are some major gaps in coverage that most other carriers usually provide. Watercraft coverage is an unusual coverage that Chubb provides.

I wouldn't say this is the worst insurance company but it's also not the best one. The costumer service was great, very polite. But, the biggest disadvantage of insurance is that there's no guarantee you'll receive benefits equal to the amount you pay in premiums over time. That's what happened to me.

Chubb is well-known high-value home insurance providing coverage features tailored to clients with a high net worth. Even if you opt not to rebuild your building or belongings, claims are resolved on a replacement cost basis. There was a time my home was hit with a hurricane and it removed a portion of the roof and destroyed the yard. Thankfully, I got my home insured with CHUBB Home Insurance before then, so I had no issues repairing the damage. CHUBB is the best home insurance company for homeowners looking to insure their homes.

Natural disasters are when we really learn how good our home insurance policies are. My street was hit by a pre-tornadic event and Chubb really came through.
