Although dealing with an auto company is never something which is to be looked forward to, I can honestly say I don't feel any sense of dread when calling to make a claim with this company. The customer service representatives and claim adjusters are so polite and friendly.Love that they do their premiums by the year and have always been cheaper than anybody else I've found.

The rates are much cheaper than any other car insurance provider that I have tried. It is perfect for families with new drivers as you are not spending too much while getting great coverage.

I like their home insurance policies because are too expensive, it is less valuable.
