My husband applied for a card and we got a letter days later that the card was on it's way. A few days later we got another letter demanding 75. 00 fee when we never even got the card yet. We called and was told that they would cut the fee in half but we told them to cancel it and we're not paying them anything. We're going to notify ...Show More

I received a preapproval, just to be turned down... The hit on my credit was the opposite effect I'm tying to achieve. I would not recommend First National Credit if your credit is less than perfect.

Absolutely NOT! i wouldnt recommend them to anyone! They sent me a pre approval in the mail and then declined me! Dropped my credit score from a 629 to a 627 and gave me a hard inquiry on my report! Only reason I applied is because I'm building my credit and was pre approved! Oh and by the way all my credit cards are paid off and up to date. ...Show More

Customer service reps are extremely rude. I have 1500$ limit, my balance is 1153$ i was declined for 20$ even though i have available balance because i scheduled a 500$ payment on the 16th to come out on due date of the 20th and they put an additional hold for the 500 i was paying them. Im cancelling my card.

The interest is high, but that is because my credit score is low. I have had this card about a year now and really have no complaints. I pay on time and have even received a balance increase.
