They take your premiums but will find reason not to pay the claim after an accident-- which do not have to be your fault. Take your business elsewhere. SCAMMERS

I'm happy with Direct Auto simply because of their low rates. I haven't had the need to file a claim yet, but I know their general customer service is pretty good. When applying, they are sure to ask a variety of questions. I'm sure this is to find the policy that fits your needs and budget the best. We've had Direct for going on a little over 2 years now, we have the nicest agent ever. We had another insurance that after tornados came through our area dropped a lot of customers. Not only was our insurance cheaper now it also has better coverage, and a lower deductible. We get discounts because we have home and auto, multi car, military discount.
