I joined Trustco Bank in Feb 2019 because they have a totally free checking account with no fees or minimum balances. At first I thought this is to good to be true, but it's 100% free. The staff at the Orange City branch is superb. They are always friendly, courteous and know me by name.

Countless errors made. Checks were sent a 15-year-old address (great finding that out and having to cancel all of them before someone started using them!). I took over my parents' accounts as estate executor and as my mother's power of attorney, and they refused me access periodically, when their customer service couldn't find my name listed in their system (sometimes they could and sometimes they couldn't, but it ...Show More

This place is a joke. They charge way too much to have any access or do anything with YOUR money. They are also very rude and I would not recommend anybody waste their time.
