I've been a member for 17 years and have used several of their products, such as checking, savings, line of credit, credit card, CDs, and 3 auto loans. Top notch customer service, especially during times of crisis. Extremely easy to use auto loan check which allows you to go to a major dealership with a blank check and purchase a car. WARNING: This Credit Union gave us an pre-approval letter and then an approval letter without stipulations. Then decide three weeks into the loan process that they did not like our job situations so they changed their decision. Even with top their credit and 15% down. The VyStar Credit Union has more than $5 billion in assets and more than 450,000 members. There are no minimums to open an account and no monthly fees. NSF fees are on the high side at $32, but if you don't bounce checks, that's not an issue.
