Had their checking account once.... for about a year, worst banking experience I've ever had. poor customer service, overdraft fees no way to set up a buffer if you get close to overdrafting. It's a negative loop that just keeps going until you finally just get tired of them and leave.

Having this Bank of America account has made my life a little easier. Granted, not because of the perks that it comes with but how I utilize it. The statements give you updated balance to reflect the purchases or transactions made in order of when they are made unlike other banks that pick and choose how to organize your transactions. It is clear and simple. I don't have any complaints.
