My family is very happy with their best Services. First of all, the customer service has been incredible. They helped especially during Hurricane Sandy when that severely affected my home. It is a company dedicated to working with the local community and they pay a dividend if you have no claims at the end of the year. They are very responsive and fair when you have claims.

Farm Bureau is still a fairly low-tech company basing almost everything on their in person experience. While having a strong local network means our response is generally handled in a more personalized way the speed can be an issue. Just prepare to call your agent’s office whenever you have questions.
