On the day I experienced the delay, I immediately called their office to report the incident and requested that I be guided on the requirements and documents. I always thought having insurance for when you are traveling was a waste of money and thought about cancelling my policy many times. I'm so glad I didn't. We ended up needing them while on a recent family vacation and the money they saved us is well worth what we pay in premiums. Thank you!
