Everything was perfect except that when i actually purchased a specific insurance, the documents I received as part of fulfillment revealed that COVID-19 related stuff is not covered. This should have been stated upfront (like other providers did). Then I give 5 stars to the staff incharged of the email who were extremely helpful, cordial, and resourceful in helping me handle this gap!
