I paid my account in full this month, $153, and two days later they closed my account. The account has been opened and paid timely since 2021. No explanation and no help from customer service. Terrible service, no surprise it's WELLS FARGO gone wrong. Phone person almost made me 30 days late when scheduling a forward date instead posting pmt. that day. Closed account!! I do like Dillard's they just need a new card handler.

I use my card on a daily basis to purchase products for my business, the benefits are great. The customer service reps are knowledgeable of this product. I love the reward points at the end of the month! Great service, benefits and easy of use and most of all the rewards. Everyone should have one!!!

It is safe to say Dillard's credit card is the best credit card I ever got. They help me track my spending, every single one of my purchases are recorded including those I do not remember any longer. Credit cards are tailored toward the user, and store credit cards extol that as well. This card has a higher APR than norm. I would not suggest this to someone new to credit. With responsible, experienced usage most users wouldn’t have a problem managing the Dillard’s Credit Card.

I have used this card over the years to pay for repairs or tires on my vehicles. Had an automatic payment agreement for years. Suddenly they changed my payment without notification. They applied hundreds of dollars of interest on the account. Claimed details that I never agreed to. First of all, only make the effort to apply for the Dillard's Credit Card when you' credit score ranches between good and excellent. With any number below 660, it will most likely not be approved. I would reccomend this card to anyone who enjoy's shopping at Dillards. Their rewards program is unmatched. They treat their loyal customers very well and offer reasonable credit limits. If you regularly shop at dillards, I would recommend getting yourself one of these cards!

I would say maybe because it has a annual fee of $0 and the credit score range is responsible. I will say that it is tough to say absolutely yes because of the purchase APR (variable APR) of 24.49%-26.49% is a bit high.
