BEWARE OF First National Bank Omaha (FNBO). I have had online issues with paying my credit card bill and was charged Return Fees because they said my Checking Account at my Bank was closed, which was not true all. I called customer service and they were not willing to reverse the Return Fee they charged me. On top of that, they charged me a Late Fee as well. STAY AWAY ...Show More

SCAM ALERT!!! I quit using my credit card 12 months ago after paying off the balance. Today I received a notice saying they closed my account which negatively effects my credit. I always paid on time and paid it off in full on time, yet they negatively effected my credit cause I did use their credit card because of the high rates.

I too had my credit line limited for no apparent reason. Really made me made because I was about to use the line! Now I have to figure out what I'm going to do for the purchase, which is something I promised to my son. Really annoyed right now!

Things have worked out fairly well for me with this credit card. I have enjoyed the fact that there are no annual fees. They do offer a few benefits, including car rental insurance and travel insure--both of which I've used during my last trip.

Not the best place in the world if you're trying to improve your credit with a credit card, or if you want a card you can rely on to have the credit limit you want when it's time to buy something! I think there are much better options out there. So if you are reading this, go on and find one of them!

I've had my credit line lowered twice with this outfit! I should have just closed it after the first time, but I figured that would also hurt my score even further. My best advice would be to avoid this card, unless you plan on using the heck out of it and maxing it out all of the time.

I've read reviews about this place lowering credit lines for no apparent reason. I'm not sure why they do that, but I've tried to avoid that by having the thing nearly maxed out all of the time. That's not hard to do, because my credit line isn't that high. I just figure if it's almost maxed, how low are they gonna make it?
