I paid my balance in full according the the home page where it clearly states 'current balance due'. Three days later they are trying to charge me more interest.

Absolutely horrible! Their interest rates are high and their customer service is practically non-existent (everything has to be done on the phone where you'll get long wait times, bad phone lines, and frequent disconnects).
And to rub salt into the wound rather than spending money to fix their bad product they'll invest thousands promoting their shysterism at Los Angeles Angels games on the scoreboards and by sponsoring the Smilecam segment.

This “company “ is like borrowing from the mob! My husband had dental work done, we paid every payment on time for one year then they charged interest not on the amount owed at the end of the year but on the total amount from the beginning of the loan. Tried to sell my fiancee and I with high pressure sales tactics instead of treating us like patients. People who work through/with Smile Generation are equally as shady. The worst bank ever! After I paid my payments they said that the whole 2019 payment history is missing. That's why I have to pay a deferred interest of $1300. I'm trying to fight it but no guarantee. bad experience, the dental office placed an unfit crown and this credit card do not care. I called them many times from the day the crown was placed and they told me that I have to pay extra for another crown.

I have made two phone calls trying to get a statement from them and its been l- l/2 months and nothing. I need to make a payment but no address or account # as of todate. I am sure they want to charge interest but I can't get a statement with account # to pay. Never again will I do business with this company

I have made 12 payments totaling $730 on 3 dental procedures costing me $1700. The minimum payments are $48. monthly which would be $576 for that period. Therefore every month when a payment is due, I have already paid them more than the minimum required.
