- Loan / Lease / GAP Coverage: GAP coverage covers the difference between what you owe on your vehicle and its current cash value in the event of a total loss.
- Emergency Roadside Service: Coverage varies by carrier but it typically includes jump starts for dead batteries, labor to change a flat tire, towing, and lockout services.

I like the name your price tool, and even the commercials. There was a genuinely nice agent that was assigned to my policy. Which made paying my monthly bill easy and convenient. My term was explained to me in the lamest term, so I knew what to expect, and respect for customers is a priority for them.

I would always recommend progressive's auto insurance to family and friends. They have fair rates compared to other insurance companies.

I like that they offered the name your price tool so that I could see what options were available to me within a certain budget. I like that everything was paperless and that I could make automatic payments each month, or save even more by paying in full every 6 months. The customer service team was responsive and easy to work with whenever I had questions or concerns.

I would definitely recommend Progressive for their auto insurance. Very fair priced compared to other insurance companies. I have been with other insurances before and never been satisfied until I switched to progressive. The customer service is top notch. Also, when you need to submit a claim, it doesn't take a long time for them to get it processed.

I recently bought a car and got quotes from many different insurance companies, but Progressive was by far the most affordable. It offers great coverage at a reasonable cost. Getting the quote took just several minutes and buying the insurance was even quicker. It gives the option to pay in installments or all at once, which saves you money in the long run. We were Progressive customers for years and while their system was ok we switched because of cost. They give you the ability to view changes and make them instantly or at your next period in your plan is also simple. Their “reward tiers” for being a long time customer or a good driver however were a joke.
