Paid premiums over 20 years attempted 3 times for storm damage 3 different incidents what they were willingly to pay was hardly worth it. Last hail storm we had everyone around me was covered for damage. They gave me a cancellation notice. I'll never give them another dime. They take advantage of people. Any insurance company is better than westbend.

Horrible company. Agent was very condescending & rude. I would not choose this company. It's all about the money & taking as much of yours as they can.
